Terms and Conditions
Please note that the following terms and conditions governs your use of this website and any services contained within this site.
Please not that:
1. All items sold are brand new and in perfect condition.
2. Payment must be made within
48 hours once order is confirmed,
regardless of postage buyers or cash on delivery (COD) buyers. If buyers are unable to COD within 48 hours, payment should be made to our bank account (Maybank/CIMB/Public bank) to secure your items.
We truly apologize if the time given for COD buyers is short, this is to avoid cancellation of order if item is to be reserved for too long and to be fair to postage buyers as well. We'll assure that once payment is made, the item is yours and COD can be set anytime.
Items will be released if payment is not received within 48 hours. It is very important to inform us as soon as you've made payment by text/email or we will release items for sale if payment is late. Bank details will be provided once order is confirmed.

Buyers bear all postage fees. Postage will be done every Monday and Thursday only. Please inform us in advance if it is urgent for you to receive the parcel as soon as possible (eg: If you're going outstation or overseas). Currently all items on sale are inclusive of Pos Laju (shipping within Malaysia only, International buyers will be charged accordingly for shipping fees), postage will be done promptly. We will provide the tracking number to you.

Cash on delivery (COD) is free of charge within Subang Jaya, USJ and Sunway only.
5. No refunds/exchanges once item is sold.
6. We will not be held liable for damaged/missing goods during shipment.
7. We appreciate serious buyers and please inform us if you have decided not to purchase the item anymore. We will not tolerate back outs once order is confirmed.
8. Actual colour of certain items sold may differ due to lighting. We attempt at our best to capture the closest colour.
9. We will attempt at our best to provide accurate and precise product descriptions and clothing size suggestion but we do not guarantee that we will be free from mistakes. We will only measure one product of each design, measurements might differ between colours due to imperfect manufacturing. However, the measurements does not differ much, usually half an inch to one inch. Please feel free to email us at

10. All texts, images, icons, software, logos and graphics included in this website belongs to Twist and Curl or its appropriate supplier (eg: software).
11. We reserved the rights to change/amend the terms and conditions applied.
Payment Policy
Please note that:
Domestic Buyers
1. We accept bank transfer through
Maybank/CIMB/Public Bank/OCBC for domestic buyers.
2.
We accept cash on delivery within Subang Jaya, USJ or Sunway area (Malaysia) only.
International Buyers
1. We accept
PayPal (Transaction charges: 3.4% + $0.30) or
Telegraphic Transfer (TT).
Restock order Policy
Please note that:
1. Strictly no back outs once restock order is placed for sold out items.
2. Full payment is required for any restock order once confirmed.
3. Payment must be made within 24 hours for restock orders only.
4. Orders will only be placed once payment is made. It is advisable to make payment as soon as possible to avoid suppliers from running out of stocks.
5. If we fail to replenish stocks from suppliers due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund full payment to buyers immediately.
Exchange Policy
Please note that:
1. In the event that item received is defective or wrong colour/size than the ordered item, exchange will be allowed.
2. All exchanges should be done within 7 working days. Should it exceed the stated working days, exchanges will not be entertained.
3. For exchanges due to personal reasons, buyers bear ALL postage fees.
Twist and Curl's Facebook Page Promotion Terms and Conditions
1. Join our facebook fan page and get 10% off your purchase excluding postage fees.
2. This promotion applies for one time purchase only.
3. Please email us your facebook email account once you have join our fan page for us to verify.
4. Dummy facebook accounts will not be entertained, mainly anonymous users or several accounts created by an anonymous user. We hold the rights to verify whether it is a dummy facebook account or not and we hold the rights to accept or reject the account in conjunction of our facebook fan page promotion.
5. All facebook accounts & emails will be noted as this promotion is only for one time purchase only.
6. Buyers are allowed to purchase several items using this 10% promotion in one receipt.
7. This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions or sale items.
8. Promotion is not applicable for restock orders.
Twist and Curl's Newsletter Promotion Terms and Conditions
1. Subscribe to our newsletter and get free shipping via pos laju for apparels OR handbags only. (Not applicable for the purchase of accessories unless combined shipping of apparel & accessories or handbags & accessories)
2. The purchase of apparel or handbag must be at least RM35.
3. This promotion applies for one time purchase only.
4. Please email us your email account (must be verified after subscribing, in other words active) which you have subscribed to our newsletter.
5. All emails will be noted as this promotion is only for one time purchase only.
6. Buyers are allowed to purchase several items using this promotion in one receipt and shipping to ONE address within Malaysia only.
7. This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions or sale items.
8. Promotion is not applicable for restock orders.
