STEP TWO

We will reply your orders by email to state whether items are available or not. For available items, we will send our banking details and total amount payable or to set our COD location (All payments to be received within 48 hours once we have replied to your orders)

STEP THREE

For online payment transactions, please send us a copy of your transaction details as proof of payment and please notify us within 48 hours or as soon as you bank in by text or e-mail otherwise we considered it as late payment and item will be released to other buyers.


For cod buyers, meet up must be done within 48 hours for buyers who prefer to pay with cash. In any case that the buyer or seller (us, twist and curl. we truly apologize in advance if we're tight on schedule) is not able to cod within 48 hours, payment must be made to our bank account in order to avoid cancellation of order.

STEP FOUR

We will confirm your payment as soon as we receive it, please notify us when you've bank in. Postage will be done every Monday and Thursday only unless there's an urgency for you to receive it on certain days, we'll try our best to accommodate with your request.

International Buyers

1) Normal Registered Post (Takes a longer time to reach but cheaper compared to international registered post by air)
